Camera assistant intern

1. I contributed to the production and post-production of two documentaries: “Invasoras” and “Turón”.
2. I filmed mountain goats in Sierra Nevada, birds in the wetlands of Cádiz, night-sky and plant-growth timelapses, and urban monk parakeets in Barcelona.
3. I translated the complete script of Turón from Spanish into English.
4. I also worked as a data manager, editing assistant, colourist and assistant scriptwriter.

Filming in tropical forests

1. I have travelled to the tropical forests of South and Central America on several occasions to film and photograph animals, plants and fungi.
2. These trips taught me to work in challenging conditions, far from civilisation, with high humidity and long hikes carrying heavy equipment to find the species I wanted to film.
3. Speaking Spanish with local communities has helped me learn from their knowledge and reach places rarely visited by tourists.
4. I have filmed and photographed monkeys, caimans, snakes, toucans, birds of prey, hummingbirds, rodents and countless invertebrates, among many other species.
